Starting in Reception 2023

Starting school is an exciting time but we also know that this period of transition can also be an anxious and emotional time for you and your child. We aim to make this as smooth as possible.

Starting School in September 2023

You should have received and email communication with details of the transition process.  If you have not received this, please call school on 01427 612554, to check your contact details with us.

Parents and carers are invited to school to meet the teachers and collect your transition packs on either Monday 3rd July at 2pm or 5pm, or Tuesday 4th July at 10am.  You only need to attend one meeting and there is no need to sign up, just turn up.  If you are unable to attend please let us know so we can ensure you receive your information.  Please come to the main entrance for these meetings.

Children are invited to attend school for their transition visits on Monday 10th July, Tuesday 11th July, Wednesday 12th July and Thursday 13th July.  Children should attend all four visits please.  Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will be 9.30am-11.30am.  Thursday will be 9.30am-12.30pm and children should bring a packed lunch please.

Please come in via the Church Street entrance for these visits.

If you would like any more information please email Mrs Page and Miss Crowston on st.francis@parishchurch.lincs.sch.uk
