At Parish, we are proud to have an outstanding Junior Road Safety Officers (JRSO) team that plays a vital role in promoting road safety and creating a safe environment for all our students. Our JRSOs not only lead collective worships but also help spread important safety messages across the school community.

In Term 1, the JRSO team focused on raising awareness about road safety, teaching essential skills such as how to cross the road safely and how to stay safe while walking in the dark. Their efforts helped equip our students with vital knowledge to keep them safe both inside and outside the school.

In Term 2, the JRSO team will continue their important work by delivering messages about in-car safety and the importance of wearing a seat belt. They will be educating students about the life-saving benefits of buckling up every time they travel, whether they’re in a car, bus, or any other vehicle.

The JRSO team run competitions in school, so keep your eyes peeled for our next competition! They also regularly share information and safety messages on our School Sway Newsletter.
